In this informal roundtable discussion, participants will introduce themselves share company updates (10 min/company).

- Introductions
- Recent projects, challenges, successes and future plans
- Topics they would like to engage on

Each company (telcos and vendors) will prepare few supporting slides

Some of the questions that will be addressed during this session are:

- What is the business need/value?
- Trends and opportunities
- Key/core new capabilities for a future billing system.
- Lessons learnt also from current impediments or functional limitations to be avoided for the future

Workshop: The workshop aims to explore trends and their impact on long-term billing capabilities. The focus will be on the business perspective rather than purely technical aspects. Participants will prepare by reflecting on trends affecting future billing capabilities using a provided framework. During the workshop, small groups will discuss and prioritize their ideas. Finally, the consolidated results will be shared with all participants, providing an overall picture.
