Workshop: The workshop aims to explore trends and their impact on long-term billing capabilities. The focus will be on the business perspective rather than purely technical aspects. Participants will prepare by reflecting on trends affecting future billing capabilities using a provided framework. During the workshop, small groups will discuss and prioritize their ideas. Finally, the consolidated results will be shared with all participants, providing an overall picture.
